Innovation at the Intersection of Medicine and Engineering

On May 16th, a series of interactive sessions on the Intersection of Medicine and Engineering was inaugerated with speaker Amitabh Varsnay, Director, University of Maryland Institute for Advanced Computer Studies. The series of interactive seminars is designed to stimulate discussion, ideas and opportunities for collaboration. This program series is part of the UM Ventures initiative and will include entrepreneurial faculty, post docs, and students from both campuses to broaden the potential of our work together.
