Guide to the Administration of Sponsored Projects A curriculum for administrators and faculty Campus and department research administrators are the expert panelists for sessions that provide basics and best practices in the administration of grants and contracts, from conception to closeout. Twelve sessions cover a broad range of topics that include proposal budget development, award terms and conditions, monitoring project expenses and receivables, personnel issues related to grant projects, invention disclosures, and record retention. Sessions are scheduled once or twice a month. Session topics and schedule Curriculum Policies Registration: Registration in advance is required. The fee is $35 per session, or $350 for all 12 sessions. To register, send registration form with payment authorization to Janet Simons via email or fax to 410-706-6630. Register now for next year: As space permits, you may register at any time for all 12 sessions, starting classes during this curriculum year and continuing next year. Please use the current registration form, check "register for all 12 sessions" and note the first session you will attend.
