This hands-on approach to understanding the regulations uses the actual Circulars as the tools to build the knowledge necessary to properly administer federal funds. The workshop includes an overview and exploration of the Circulars to highlight the most relevant sections for use by administrators. The intent of the training is to demystify the vast pages of regulations and give the user quick access to the sections they are most likely to utilize in their work life. Case studies and “real-life” examples will be used to emphasize the key regulatory issues. Basic Course Outline: - The regulatory differences between a contract, grant and cooperative agreement
