| Pre-award requests from a sponsor for certifications, budget documentation, and other administrative or contractual information, should be directed to your ORD Contract & Grant Professional who will coordinate the response to the sponsor. ORD will review information and documentation provided by the administrator and PI for completeness and for consistency with the sponsor request and with University policies and procedures. ORD will provide the authorized institutional signature and will forward the information to the sponsor or, at the administrator's/PI's request, return the document to the administrator/PI for shipment to the sponsor. NIH Grant Application Pre-award Requests - IACUC approval: If the IACUC review is avoidably delayed beyond the submisson of the application, enter "Pending" in the box requesting IACUC approval date.
