Dana H. Murray, Esquire – Director, Corporate Collaborations
Ms. Murray provides intellectual property and other legal advice to the Office of Research and Development.  A practicing attorney for over thirty years, she was formerly an Assistant Attorney General and Deputy Counsel to the Maryland State Department of Education.  She was in private practice in Washington DC for thirteen years before joining the Maryland Attorney General’s Office in the Antitrust Division in 1988.  She has represented the Maryland State Department of Education for the past ten years, both in litigation and in the provision of advice and counsel.  Ms. Murray has served as a visiting professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law and also lectures and writes on legal issues.  She also serves as an arbitrator in U.S. Department of Education proceedings. She is a graduate of Stanford University and holds a J.D. degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
