Gail Knott - Technology Transfer Associate 
Ms. Knott joined CVIP in May 2004, which continues her more than thirty years of dedicated service with the State of Maryland.  Ms. Knott provides support for all patent-related activities, including routine correspondence with inventors and outside counsel, coordinates legal documents, in-house patent records, and manages in-house docketing system.  She also ensures compliance with intellectual property provisions of federal funded grants, external funded contracts, and all UMB’s obligations under license agreements with corporate partners.
