| | - The Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs of the Department of Defense requires applications to be submitted via their on-line system.
- The application should be routed for internal approvals well in advance of the application deadline.
- PIs initiate the proposal record in the CDMRP system and list their ORD Contract and Grant Professional as their institutional contact.
- PIs then prepare their entire application as a pdf file (20 MB). Since the file must be submitted to CDMRP by the institutional authorized official, the PI needs to forward the pdf file to ORD. PDF files smaller than 10 MB may be e-mailed to ORD (please confirm that the file has been received and opened). Larger files should be submitted to ORD on a CD or ZIP disk. ORD will then submit the application to CDMRP electronically.
