Routing a non-competing continuation grant application

Signature from the authorized official for the subrecipient organization is required when routing a non-competing continuation grant application.  The subrecipient should provide budget information similar to that required for UMB. Examples: If UMB is required to submit a detailed budget to the sponsor, then a detailed budget is required from the subrecipient. If UMB is submitting an NIH SNAP application, then the subrecipient should provide a signed face page and/or signed “supplemental information” page containing the required three SNAP application questions.
