Guide to the Administration of Sponsored Projects
This curriculum supplements skills training by delving into the policies and regulations that drive our procedures. Led by campus subject matter experts, these in-class sessions provide an opportunity to network and to learn tips, tools and best practices that you can use in your daily work. Register for one session or all twelve.

Research Administrators Committee (RAC)
This group of research administrators meets monthly to discuss topics such as financial reporting and various compliance issues. The email list is used to notify research administrators about meetings as well as sponsored programs updates. Contact Vanessa Foreman for more information.
SPA-SPAC Quarterly Meetings
Sponsored Projects Administration and Compliance (SPAC) and Sponsored Programs Administration (SPA) hold quarterly update meetings to inform the campus of the latest updates in research administration and changes to policies and procedures. Environmental Health and Safety Training
Training in certain areas of environmental health and safety is required or recommended for certain research positions. Training on DOT Infectious and Biological Material Shipping is recommended for any researcher or administrator who will need to ship chemicals, biological materials, dry ice, or other hazardous goods.
